Answer: We should be filled with grief for them because of
their behavior and put them out of our fellowship, (verse 2); when
we are assembled in the Name of our Lord Jesus and the power of our
Lord Jesus is present (assembled together as the Lord's
body), we are to "hand this man over to Satan, so that the
sinful nature may be destroyed and his spirit saved on the day of
the Lord," (verses 4-5); we must not associate with
them--we should not even eat with them, (verse 11); as judges
of those inside the Lord's church, we must "Expel the
wicked man from among you," (verse 13).
