Answer: God has given proof that all men will be judged on the day He has established by raising Jesus from the dead, (verse 31).

Because Jesus conquered death, ALL people will be resurrected to be judged with justice by God's appointed One--Jesus.
Acts 10:39-41: [Peter says of Jesus,] "We are witnesses of everything He did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They killed Him by hanging Him on a tree, but God raised Him from the dead on the third day and caused Him to be seen. 1 Corinthians 15:12-19: "But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
