Answer: Those who are stubborn and have an unrepentant heart are storing up wrath against themselves for the day of God's wrath, when His righteous judgment will be revealed, (verse 5). Those who are self-seeking and who reject the Truth and follow evil will receive God's wrath and anger. There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil, (verses 8 and 9).
