Answer: The grace of God that brings salvation in and through Jesus Christ has appeared to ALL men. This grace of God teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions. This grace of God teaches us to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we are waiting for the "blessed hope," (verses 11, 12 and 13).
